It is now time for Randy's Offical Ozzfest Report!! Ok, got there at the 9am after Bryce's car blew out a tire. Well, we started the day by watching the 2nd Stage. Grade 8 was the opening band. They were alright. I was just waiting to here the one song I knew by them that's constantly played at the Media Play. Later their lead singer came out into the crowd and nobody seemed to notice him but us, so that was kinda cool. Then was Depsewa, they were ok I've never heard them before. The next band we watched was MotoGrater. Picture tribal rock with a whole bunch of white guys in tribal paint. They were pretty cool. I'm gonna skip to main stage stuff now because, there weren't to many other 2nd stagers to mention. Ok, the DatSuns, DatSucked. I just couldn't feel anything they were giving out. Chevelle had great music, but their show kinda sucked, they didn't have much of a presence. Marilyn Manson fucking rocked!!!!! There were cops out in full force when he performed because apparently he's a convicted felon in Detroit. But his show was awesome and I deffinately want to seem him live again. Disturbed was awesome, but putting Manson on in front of them kinda killed their thunder. Korn was also awesome, but nothing different than you would see on any of their concert dvds. Ozzy fucking ruled man, he ruled! I couldn't understand a damn word he said when he wasn't singing, but he was awesome none the less. But Lindsey and I left early because it was a long day and we wanted to beat out some of the traffic so we left during one of the last songs. It wa an awesome concert though, and I really can't wait for the next one, and I'm still praying that Manson does some more touring.
